Workshop Programmes

Three Programmes, Each with a Clear Purpose

Each Buppha Wealth workshop addresses a specific area of personal finance — in depth, over multiple sessions, with printed materials and small-group attention.

How the Programmes Are Structured

Each Buppha Wealth programme runs across multiple sessions — not because the material is difficult, but because understanding settles differently when there is time between meetings. Participants return for the second session having had a week to look at their documents with fresh attention. Questions that did not arise in the first session often appear naturally in the second.

The format is consistent across all three programmes: a facilitator, a table, printed materials, and a group of no more than eight. Sessions last ninety minutes to two hours. Participants are encouraged to write in the margins of their printed materials — these are reference documents, not classroom handouts.

1

Register and receive joining instructions

2

Attend sessions with your group

3

Take away what you have learned

Your annotated printed materials remain with you. Glossaries, templates, and reading lists are yours to use independently.

Provident Fund Reading Workshop

Programme One · ฿5,400

Reading the Provident Fund's Annual Statement

A two-session workshop on the patient reading of the annual statements adult employees receive from Thai provident funds. The facilitator walks through fund options, the meaning of asset-class allocations, the historical patterns of common fund categories, and the considerations of revisiting one's allocation as the working career enters its later phases. Participants are encouraged to bring their own statements with personal numbers redacted; the group works through them anonymously.

  • Understand every section of a Thai provident fund annual statement
  • Read fund option descriptions and asset-class tables with confidence
  • Understand the implications of different allocation choices at your career stage
  • Bring your own statement — work with real documents, not hypotheticals
2 sessions · 90 min each Max 8 participants Printed glossary included

Programme Two · ฿8,400

The Beginner's Reading of Bonds

A three-session evening programme on the patient reading of bonds and bond funds — what a bond is, what a bond fund is, what factors shape their behavior, and the considerations of bonds within a household portfolio at 40+. The facilitator draws on Thai and regional market examples and presents the material in plain language. No specific securities are discussed. Includes a printed glossary and a small recommended reading list.

  • Understand what a bond is and how it differs from a bond fund
  • Read bond fund prospectuses and factsheets with greater clarity
  • Understand interest rate sensitivity and what drives bond fund performance
  • Consider the role of bonds in a household portfolio at your stage of life
3 evening sessions Max 8 participants Glossary + reading list included

Bonds Reading Programme
Five-Year Household Plan Programme

Programme Three · ฿11,400

The Five-Year Household Plan

A small-group programme of four sessions in which each participant drafts a personal five-year household plan — the household goals, the anticipated income and outgoings, the savings rhythm, and the considerations of the major decisions one anticipates within the window. The facilitator provides a printed template and walks each participant through it individually within the small-group setting. Confidentiality is maintained throughout; the completed plan is a private document the participant keeps.

  • Draft your own five-year household financial plan from start to finish
  • Work through income projection, outgoing categories, and savings rhythm
  • Address the major financial decisions you anticipate within your five-year window
  • Individual facilitation within a small-group format — your plan stays private
4 sessions with individual guidance Max 8 participants Planning template included
Reserve a Place — ฿11,400

Best for

Provident Fund Reading

Adults who receive an annual provident fund statement and want to understand what it is telling them — particularly those who have never examined it closely or who are considering adjusting their fund allocation.

Best for

Bonds Reading

Adults who hold bond funds within a Thai investment account or provident fund and want to understand what they own — or who are considering bonds and want a clear foundation before going further.

Best for

Five-Year Household Plan

Adults approaching significant life transitions — retirement, a large purchase, a change in income — who want to think through their household finances in a structured, supported way, in private.

Standards Shared Across All Programmes

These commitments apply to every Buppha Wealth workshop, regardless of which programme you attend.

Confidentiality

No personal financial information discussed in a session is shared outside it. Facilitators are bound by a confidentiality agreement signed before they lead any session.

Educational Scope

All three programmes are educational in nature. No securities are recommended. No advisory relationship is formed. This boundary is stated clearly at registration and maintained throughout.

Updated Materials

Printed materials are reviewed before each new cohort. Thai fund categories, bond terminology, and regulatory references are updated to reflect current conditions.

Group Size Maintained

No group exceeds eight participants. When a cohort fills, an additional date is opened rather than the group being enlarged.

Questions Welcomed

Sessions are structured for questions. Participants are not expected to follow passively — the format is designed around the act of reading together and asking what things mean.

Responsive Coordination

Enquiries receive a response within two working days. Joining instructions are provided in good time before the first session. Participants are not left to figure out logistics independently.

Programme Fees

All fees are per participant and cover the complete programme — printed materials, all sessions, and any follow-up access to resources.
