Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 2 May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Buppha Wealth website and the registration for and attendance of our workshop programmes. By accessing this website or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before registering.
1. About Buppha Wealth
Buppha Wealth is a financial education service based in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide workshop programmes focused on financial reading and household planning for adults. We are not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or securities dealer. Nothing presented in any of our programmes constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product.
2. Nature of Our Programmes
Our workshop programmes are educational in nature. They are designed to help participants understand financial documents, concepts, and planning frameworks. Specifically:
- We do not recommend specific financial products, securities, funds, or providers.
- We do not manage money on behalf of participants.
- We do not hold a licence from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or the Bank of Thailand (BOT) to provide investment advisory or financial planning services.
- Decisions made by participants following attendance at a programme are their own responsibility.
If you require licensed financial planning or investment advisory services, you should consult a qualified professional holding the appropriate licence.
3. Registration and Enrolment
Registration for a programme is complete when we confirm your place in writing (by email). A registration constitutes a commitment to attend and to pay the programme fee. Places are limited, and we reserve the right to close registration once capacity is reached.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all stated session materials (printed glossaries, templates, and reading lists where applicable). Fees are payable in full at the time of registration or as agreed in writing at the time of enrolment.
Current fees are as follows: Reading the Provident Fund's Annual Statement — ฿5,400; The Beginner's Reading of Bonds — ฿8,400; The Five-Year Household Plan — ฿11,400. Fees are subject to change for future programme cycles; the fee applicable to your registration is the fee confirmed in your registration acknowledgement.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration:
- Cancellations received fourteen or more days before the first session: full refund.
- Cancellations received seven to thirteen days before the first session: 50% refund.
- Cancellations received fewer than seven days before the first session: no refund.
Where a participant cannot attend a specific session within a multi-session programme due to circumstances outside their control, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative session date. This is offered as a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.
If we are required to cancel a programme — due to insufficient enrolment, the unavailability of the facilitator, or any other reason — participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrolment to a future cycle.
6. Conduct During Workshops
Our workshops are small-group settings requiring respectful participation. Participants agree to:
- Treat other participants and the facilitator with courtesy and patience.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any personal or financial information shared by other participants during the group setting.
- Not record sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) without the prior written consent of Buppha Wealth.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or sell any printed materials provided during a programme.
Buppha Wealth reserves the right to remove a participant from a workshop for conduct that disrupts the group or causes discomfort to others, without refund.
7. Confidentiality of Participant Information
Participants in the Five-Year Household Plan programme produce written personal financial plans. These plans are private documents belonging to the participant; Buppha Wealth does not retain copies. Financial figures and personal details discussed within any workshop session are treated as confidential by our facilitators and are not disclosed to any third party, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, printed guides, glossaries, and templates provided by Buppha Wealth remain the intellectual property of Buppha Wealth. They are provided for personal educational use only. Participants may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute materials without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The information presented in our programmes is educational and general in nature. It does not take into account the specific financial circumstances of any individual participant. Buppha Wealth accepts no liability for:
- Financial decisions made by participants following attendance at any programme.
- Any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information presented during a programme.
- Changes in the regulatory or market environment after the date of a programme.
Our total liability to any participant, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant programme.
10. Website Use
The Buppha Wealth website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content, but we do not warrant that information is complete, current, or free of error. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw content at any time. Links to third-party websites are provided as a convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from participation in our programmes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
